General Conditions:

  • Given the nature of our products and services, which include customised solar systems designed specifically for your home or business and involve professional installation, standard returns are not applicable.
  • However, we stand by the quality of our products and installation service. If you encounter any issues related to the system’s performance or workmanship, we are here to help resolve these issues in accordance with the terms of our warranty and the following conditions.

Installation Issues:

  • If you experience issues related to the installation of your solar system, please contact us within 14 days of installation. We will investigate the issue and, if it is determined to be the result of our installation process, we will repair or make necessary adjustments at no additional cost to you.

Product Defects and Warranty Claims:
